Floor Flow

This is a floorwork dance-based class. You will be invited to tap into your inner and spatial awareness through circular and spiraling motions spiced with full-body expression. This class starts with a flowy warmup and conditioning to support your floor practice, followed by skill development, and finally a rounded sequence that combines movements into a seamless flow, dancing your way through it!

CIRCULAR – LIQUID – SPATIAL – EXPRESSIVE – SEAMLESS

Mobility Flow

Focused on developing flexibility and strength, this class is inspired on yoga, calisthenics, animal flow, and strength training. In this class the body is the goal of training, and the exercises are just tools to adapt the body and create more depth. We will focus on maintaining the tissues capacity to move, building connection, and improving active ranges of motion. Here you will learn how to precisely control your internal environment, so you can move it the way you want it to move.

Animal Flow

This is a powerful and spicy ground-based bodyweight movement program (with its own specific vocabulary) that draws inspiration from breakdancing, parkour, gymnastics, and hand balancing with animal locomotion patterns. It emphasizes fluid, energetic, and dynamic transitions between different movements, helping to improve mobility, strength, coordination, endurance, and body awareness. *Specific mobility training might blend in to enhance your performance in Animal Flow.

Mixed Fluid Movement

This is an embodied and exploratory practice that will help you develop a limitless connection with yourself. Its main goal is to immerse yourself in movement, enhance mental focus, improve overall coordination, and become a more confident, playful and fluid mover. Blending elements from dance, locomotion, soft acrobatics, improvisation, breathwork, games, and partnering (when doable), this class is perfect for a curious and passionate movement enthusiast.

Gentle Yoga Flow

This is a somatic and recovery practice centered on a rich sensorial experience through stillness, breathing, and gentle movement exploration to reset the body and mind, promoting mental clarity and spiritual well-being. Expect a slow-paced class with guided and graceful transitions, where you are also invited to move intuitively, with ease, anchoring yourself in a blissful state. You will leave feeling lighter, rested, and grounded.
